Indian Splendour Journey of Maharaja Express

The train will reach Agra station by afternoon. From here proceed on to visit the 7th wonder of the world - Taj Mahal. Finally return back to the train which will be stabled overnight at the Agra Station. If there is time then you can also opt for a relaxing spa experience at the nearby 5 star luxury hotel. Dinner will be served on the train.

Early morning post breakfast, you can choose to go for a day visit to Taj Mahal as well. This visit will be followed by a wonderful and fulfilling champagne breakfast on top of a small hillock overlooking the Taj Mahal. After breakfast return back to the train and proceed on towards the next destination of Sawai Madhopur. Lunch will take place on the train.

On reaching Sawai Madhopur, proceed for an excursion, jeep safari and a jungle tour at the Ranthambore tiger reserve. If lucky, you will spot some tigers along with a variety of wildlife including, Nilgai, Hyena, Leopard etc. return back to the train at the station for an on-board dinner and stay while the train departs for the next destination.

After a delicious on board breakfast, head on for a wonderful and memorable excursion of the pink city - Jaipur. This will include visits to places like Amber fort palace etc. return back to the train for an on-board lunch. You have the option of either relaxing in the train or heading out for some evening leisurely activities like shopping or strolling around, since the train will be scheduled to depart later in the evening. Dinner and stay will be at the train while the train departs for its next destination to Bikaner.

The train will station itself at the Bikaner railway station in the morning. After an on-board breakfast you will have the option of either relaxing at the train for some time. By afternoon go on an enlightening visit to the famous Junagarh fort which features numerous decorative halls. After lunch proceed for a delicious dinner and cocktails at the sand dunes. After this drive back to the train at the station and have dinner on board. After this, spend the night in the train while it departs for the next destination, Jodhpur.

By morning, Maharaja Express will arrive at Jodhpur. Breakfast will take place in the train itself which will be followed by spending some relaxing time on board. By lunch time, you will proceed to visit the famous tourist attractions in Jodhpur like the 17th century Mehrangarh fort. This is an impressive architectural marvel located on top of a hillock. Later on the day, take a refreshing stroll through the by lanes of the famous clock tower market and enjoy a fascinating Tuk Tuk ride. Head over for a fun puppet show accompanied with a royal dinner and cocktail. Post dinner return back to Maharaja Express and the train will depart for its next destination to Udaipur.

After a delicious breakfast on board you will reach Udaipur - the city of lakes. Go out for a fun and memorable boat ride in Lake Pichola. This will be followed by a visit to the city palace complex along with a visit to the adjoining crystal gallery. Lunch will take place in Satkar Hall of Fateh Prakash Palace. After lunch head back to maharaja express to relax and spend some leisurely time. Finally by evening, the train will depart from Udaipur station and head for its final destination in Mumbai. Dinner and overnight stay will take place in the train itself.

By morning time the train will reach Kurla Railway Station in Mumbai. Say goodbye to the maharaja express and the staff will make you head back to your place of departure after breakfast. This will be the end of your India splendour journey of maharaja express.
