Nainital Corbett Weekend Tour Package

You will be made to board the Volvo bus to Nainital, which is going to be an overnight journey of 7 to 8 hours.

Early in the morning, you will be made to explore the natural beauty of Nainital after your arrival and check in to your allotted hotel here. You will be made to visit the holy temples of Naina Devi Mandir – the place where Sati’s (Lord Shiva’s consort) eyes had fallen after her death making it one of the vital shakti peeths in India; Hanumangarhi will be your next destination which is dedicated to Lord Hanuman and one of the most popular temples in India.

The remainder of your day will be free for you to spend some time exploring interesting places in Nainital on foot including; Naini Lake – which is a kidney-shaped natural freshwater body where people visit to spend some time doing activities like boating and picnic against the green rolling majestic mountains. You also have the option of traveling on a ropeway to get the best views of the surrounding snowcapped mountain peaks (this will be done on a direct payment basis); you can also take a pony ride up to Naina peak from where you can savor the views of the city of Nainital below. Enjoy a stroll at the mall road.

You can shop for local souvenirs like – exquisite candles, intricately carved wooden artifacts, fresh locally produced apples, cherries and so much more.

Gorge on some of the most delicious food preparations of Nainital like – aloo ke Gutke (spicy boiled potatoes, Gulgula (a sweet snack), Baadi, Ras (a dish prepared with several Dals) and many more.

Early in the morning, you will be taken on an excursion of the nearby lake attractions of Sattal (a group of 7 lakes) and the popular jade green Garud Lake. You will also be taken to Bhimtal and Naukuchiatal all of which are located extremely close to Nainital with only at a distance of half an hour to 45 mines. After this exciting sightseeing, you will be escorted to Corbett, where upon arrival you will be checked in to your hotel. You have the option of enjoying an elephant ride here (which can be hired directly thereon direct payment basis), you will also be taken to Girija Devi Mandir. The evening time will be saved for a DJ night party along with a delicious dinner.

You will be made to depart for Delhi after breakfast, which will be a 6.5 hours long road journey. You will be dropped at Delhi airport from where you will be free to head on to your desired destination.
